Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in the UK is seeking a Project Engineering Manager for the Test Engineering team within the ISP sector. You will lead a multi-disciplinary group to deliver test solutions, coordinate priorities, and align activities with the Sector long-term business plan and roadmaps.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills to drive end-to-end test capability development and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant Science / Technology / Engineering / Maths discipline.
• Experience with test solutions in a high-tech environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders and manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team to deliver test capability and solutions.
• Develop and execute the strategy to enable test equipment to meet product roadmaps.
• Manage day-to-day project tasks, resource planning and progress tracking.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, IPT leads and project managers.
• Ensure design solutions meet end-user requirements and are well-documented and repeatable.
