Job summary

px Engineering Consultants Limited seeks a Project Coordinator to support projects across the lifecycle, with a strong focus on document control and timely client documentation. The role is dynamic and covers multiple projects, but concentrates on ensuring adherence to policies and processes.

You will work with the project team to manage documentation, liaise with clients, maintain electronic systems such as Business Collaborator, Project Wise and BIM360, take minutes at meetings, and assist

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a project environment.
• Experience of document control electronic systems such as Business Collaborator, Project Wise and BIM360.

Responsibilities

• Review project contract documents and customer specifications to ensure all documentation requirements are understood.
• Act as main point of contact for project documentation control and administrative matters.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation control systems, track workflow and generate status reports.
• Attend internal and external meetings to track progress and report risks/opportunities.
• Coordinate, track progress and compile project technical manuals and MRB’s.
• Provide administrative support at project meetings including minutes and actions.
• Support the Quality Manager with document formatting and audit activities.
