Job summary
Quartzelec in Rugby, United Kingdom, is seeking a Project Coordinator to successfully deliver projects by coordinating information, monitoring progress, maintaining project controls and ensuring effective communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Technical Project Coordinator, operations team and support functions, handling project reporting, purchasing administration, documentation control and compliance tracking to help ensure projects
Qualifications
- Experience in operations support, coordination or administrative roles within manufacturing or project-based environments.
- Experience using ERP systems such as Unit4 or similar.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook for reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project programmes, milestones and delivery schedules.
- Monitor progress and highlight risks or issues requiring attention.
- Coordinate activities between operational, engineering and commercial teams.
- Maintain project information within ERP systems and reporting dashboards.
- Support procurement, cost tracking and supplier coordination as needed.
- Prepare status updates, cost summaries and management information.
