Job summary

Quartzelec is seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of a long-term customer programme. You will work with cross-functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders to meet contractual commitments safely, on time and within budget.

The role ensures governance, risk and cost control while driving continuous improvement, acting as the primary interface with the customer and maintaining strong relationships to deliver value throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex programmes or major customer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of a long-term customer programme.
• Act as primary interface between business and customer, building trust.
• Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance.
• Coordinate procurement, manage supplier performance and risks.
• Drive document control, configuration management across functions.
• Proven experience leading complex programmes or major contracts.
• Maintain strong commercial awareness and cost-control.
