Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Project Coordinator in East London to support planning, execution, and monitoring of community projects. You will work with program managers, beneficiaries, and partners to keep projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of NGO project coordination, with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools is a plus; the role offers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role, preferably in non-profit.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

You will work closely with program managers, beneficiaries, and community partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve their intended impact. The ideal candidate is passionate about social welfare, possesses strong organizational skills, and is adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment within the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and development of project proposals and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks and deliverables.
