Job summary

Placements24 is partnering with a dynamic East London nonprofit to recruit a strategic Partnership Development Officer. The role focuses on forging collaborations with businesses, local government, and other nonprofits to expand reach and social impact across the region.

You will identify potential partners, develop compelling proposals, nurture relationships, and represent the organisation at events, with a hybrid working model that supports continuous learning and community development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or relationship management.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining strategic alliances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the non-profit sector and social impact initiatives.
