Job summary

Utility Line is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator in Knebworth to support the Project Management team on electrical infrastructure projects across the UK. The role covers day-to-day administration, upfront planning, supplier and subcontractor liaison, resource allocation and scheduling.

You will join a dynamic team delivering construction projects, attending planning meetings, maintaining documentation, and assisting with project packs and reports.

Qualifications

• NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Experience with Monday.com advantageous but not essential.
• A-C level grade GCSE in Maths and English.
• Experience in wider construction industry is required; understanding of DNO/ICP delivery desirable.
• Experience within EV/utilities/electrical industries with knowledge of project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Update internal project monitoring systems.
• Document control for project related documentation.
• Attend weekly/monthly planning and project meetings and chase actions.
• Support Project Manager with Construction Phase Plans.
• Collate Utility Statistics for Job Packs.
• Support material ordering and sub-contractor quote requests.
• Prepare and distribute Job Packs, CDM & RAMS.
• Collate and distribute Resource Planning Schedule.
• Raise purchase orders and payment requests.
• Support Streetworks Coordinator when required.
• Own and collate Weekly Works Report and chase site information.
• Ensure all project files are properly stored in folders.
