Job summary

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of civils and construction projects in the South of England.

You will coordinate activities from planning through to completion, acting as a central contact between clients, contractors and internal teams, and ensure documentation and health and safety compliance. This is a varied role with a focus on delivering projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration, construction, utilities or similar operational environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules, documentation and competing priorities.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements, ideally including CDM 2015.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from planning through to completion.
• Act as central point of contact between customers, contractors, designers and operational teams.
• Support pre-construction activities and manage project information and documentation.
• Assist with health and safety compliance and ensure projects are delivered safely and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
