Job summary

Qwello in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects from site development through construction and commissioning.

You will coordinate day-to-day activities across contractors, authorities and internal teams, maintaining trackers and documentation while ensuring milestones are met. A relevant degree or PMP/PRINCE2-like qualification is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of tasks through to completion.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel throughout UK.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects from site development through to construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across contractors, local authorities, utility providers and internal Qwello teams.
• Maintain accurate project information, trackers and systems, ensuring key dates, actions, approvals and milestones are kept up to date.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of project documentation, including permits, approvals, technical information and construction packs.
• Monitor project actions and programme dates, proactively following up with stakeholders to help keep projects on track.
• Support the coordination of surveys, construction activities, grid connections, signage, bay markings and commissioning.
• Assist with project reporting, meeting minutes, KPI information and programme updates.
• Help maintain consistent project management processes and identify opportunities to improve how the team works.
• Support Project Managers and the Programme Manager with wider programme activities as required.
