Job summary

Qwello is expanding its UK operations and seeks a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of EV charging infrastructure from site development to commissioning. You will coordinate with the UK and pan-European delivery teams, liaising with contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong organisational skills, proactive ownership and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of ownership from task start to finish.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
• Experience in project coordination or delivery is desirable.
• Experience in EV infrastructure or utilities is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the delivery of EV charging infra projects from site development through to construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across contractors, local authorities, utility providers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project information, trackers and systems with up-to-date milestones and approvals.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of project documentation including permits and construction packs.
• Monitor actions and programme dates; proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate surveys, construction activities, grid connections, signage and commissioning.
• Assist with project reporting, meeting minutes and KPI information.
• Help maintain consistent project management processes and identify improvement opportunities.
