You'll manage daily project logistics, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure key milestones are achieved. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, gathering and organizing audit documentation, and collaborating across departments.

  • Preparing audit reports, tracking findings, and supporting corrective actions.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and scope management.
  • Leading project meetings and workshops—managing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Providing clear reports to the Senior Operations & Project Manager and teams.
  • Contributing to process improvements for smoother delivery and audit readiness.
