Job description
Introducing Zinc Network

For over fifteen years, Zinc Network has been helping governments and businesses navigate the world's most complex challenges using communications, technology, and behavioural science. We work on some of the toughest briefs: protecting children online, strengthening democratic resilience, and championing purpose-driven technologies and organisations.

Working in partnership with a global network of media outlets, communities, and influencers, we help clients understand complex issues, design and deliver behavioural interventions, create compelling campaigns, activate trusted grassroots networks, and evaluate impact.

We're now building Kora — our AI-powered platform that systematises this expertise into scalable technology, enabling clients to work faster, more impactfully, and more cost-effectively.

We're looking for people who want to operate at the intersection of geopolitics, security, and technological disruption, and who are committed to building a safer, more secure world.

Outline of the job

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and programmatic support across Zinc’s projects and campaigns. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager in making sure all aspects of the projects and campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. They will assist with writing and reviewing project documents (including some copy editing), supporting the production process, contribute to quarterly and end line campaign and project reporting and results tracking, as well as providing general administrative support (scheduling meetings, taking notes, etc.). This is an entry level position, but with potential for growth for the right candidate.

The Project Coordinator will collaborate with a regional team across Europe. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for campaigning, information integrity and its impact on the lives of people around the world, as well as a deep understanding of the European political context.
