The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and programmatic support across Zinc’s projects and campaigns. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager in making sure all aspects of the projects and campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. They will assist with writing and reviewing project documents (including some copy editing), supporting the production process, contribute to quarterly and end line campaign and project reporting and results tracking, as well as providing general administrative support (scheduling meetings, taking notes, etc.). This is an entry level position, but with potential for growth for the right candidate.
The Project Coordinator will collaborate with a regional team across Europe. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for campaigning, information integrity and its impact on the lives of people around the world, as well as a deep understanding of the European political context.
The Project Coordinator will be based in London and be expected to be in our London office at least 3 days per week.
