Overview

Project Coordinator at Yorkshire Water, a Water Utility Company based in the Yorkshire region of England.

Location: Midway, Bradford / Hybrid Working (1-2 days in the Bradford office per week). Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We provide essential water and wastewater services to the Yorkshire region, supporting over 5.4 million people and numerous visitors. We protect the environment and work to ensure reliable water supply and wastewater services 24/7, 365 days a year. Water Service Delivery is a key part of meeting evolving customer and regulator expectations through new environmental legislation and investment.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the Water Service Delivery Team and support the delivery of key programmes, including the AV inspection cycle and performance improvement initiatives. This role works closely with the Project Lead, providing operational support to help ensure successful project outcomes.

As our Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Lead in delivering the AV inspection programme and other strategic initiatives. You will organise meetings, maintain documentation, track actions, and support communications and reporting. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide programme support across the full project lifecycle
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage action logs
  • Maintain project documentation and SharePoint structures
  • Assist with building maintenance plans
  • Support internal and external communications, including presentations and updates
  • Monitor project performance and support reporting activities
  • Collaborate with teams across Asset Planning, Finance, Service Delivery, and external partners
What Skills & Qualifications You Will Need
