Job summary

System Recruitment is seeking a Project Support Executive in Newcastle upon Tyne for a permanent role. You will conduct detailed site surveys and attend site meetings across sales, design and installation, mapping timelines, and updating project schedules.

You will support pre/post sales activity, maintain client relations, and coordinate internal handovers through delivery. The role requires coordinating logistics, checking M&E as-built drawings, and working with the senior engineering team on

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to site locations.
• Experience with 2D/3D design is beneficial in Kitchens or interiors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend site to conduct detailed site surveys.
• Attend site meetings during all phases of the sales, design and installation process.
• Specialize in mapping out timelines, analysing critical paths, and updating project schedules.
• Focus on technical pre and post sales support, client relations, and managing internal handovers from sale to delivery.
• Check that first and second fix M&E drawings meet requirements.
• Act as a central communication hub, track milestones, and assist with resource allocation.
• Oversee deliveries to site, coordinate logistics, schedule meetings and manage documentation.
• Work with the senior engineering team to snag a project.
