Job summary

The NRL Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical works on a major construction development in Newcastle. You will lead MEP delivery, coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to meet programme, safety, quality, and budget targets.

Responsibilities include managing installation works from inception to completion, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring proper commissioning and handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager within construction or building services.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Demonstrable ability to manage large-scale MEP packages.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and relevant compliance frameworks.
