Overview

Interested in taking on a high-profile role that will help drive improved outcomes and make a difference to the delivery of patient care across Scotland? Have a passion for supporting projects that could help us address the big challenges facing NHS Scotland? This role will provide the post holder with a unique opportunity to support the day-to-day administration of the Innovation team within the Centre for Sustainable Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide the day-to-day administration of the Innovation team within the Centre for Sustainable Delivery.
• Work autonomously and escalate any issues to the appropriate project/programme lead.
• Support the delivery of measurable improvements in care to patients across Scotland by engaging with senior clinical leaders and a wide range of stakeholders as part of the Centre for Sustainable Delivery team.
• Engage in high-profile work in partnership with stakeholders and support the team to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Highly organised with a demonstrable track record of success in an administration or project role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and be responsive to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working autonomously and escalating issues to the appropriate project/programme lead.
• Willingness to work as part of a national team and contribute to governing and senior level engagement.
