Job summary

A leading architecture firm in London is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to manage project finances, reporting, and forecasting. The role involves collaborating with project leads to ensure projects are delivered with commercial clarity. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in project accounting and strong proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project accounting within the professional services environment.
  • Confident working independently and within a team.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial performance across all London studio projects.
  • Partner on pricing contracts and variations.
  • Lead project revenue recognition and month-end reporting.
  • Prepare and review invoices, manage WIP and debtor balances.
  • Oversee subconsultant payments and contract setup.
  • Support project forecasting, resourcing, and cash flow reporting.
  • Provide financial insights and training to project leaders.
