A leading international education provider is seeking a dedicated Progression & Engagement Officer in Glasgow. This part-time role involves supporting students’ progression with personalized tutorials and 1:1 guidance, organizing enriching activities, and collaborating with academic teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and experience in educational support or customer service. The salary is £12,531.50 annually for this fixed-term position, which requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage student well-being.

The Progression & Engagement Officer’s role is to support students’ progression needs both face‑to‑face and online.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of tutorial sessions, 1‑1 support and guidance, establishing a programme of activities to help students develop skills and confidence outside the classroom in preparation for their transition to HE. This will require excellent people skills and a good level of administrative ability.
