Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking a proactive Progress Chaser for our Nissan Crewe site. This role keeps Sales and Service moving smoothly, ensuring vehicles are prepared and ready for customers.

You will liaise between teams, coordinate test drives and handovers, and help maintain an organized vehicle preparation process. A full UK driving licence is essential.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Progress Chaser to join our team at Nissan Crewe. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping our Sales and Service departments running smoothly. Acting as the link between the two teams, you will help ensure vehicles are prepared, ready for customers and moving through the process efficiently. If you enjoy being on the move, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in keeping things organized, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Role:

• Collect and deliver vehicles across the site and to local destinations
• Liaise closely with the Sales and Service teams to keep vehicle preparation on track
• Coordinate vehicles for customer test drives and handovers
• Ensure vehicles are in the right place and ready when needed
• Photograph vehicles for stock listings and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
• Help maintain an organized and efficient vehicle preparation process
• Provide support to the wider dealership team as required

About You

• Hold a full, valid UK driving licence (essential)
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be proactive, reliable and able to use your own initiative
• Have a professional and positive can-do attitude
• Be comfortable working across different departments
• Have a good eye for detail
• Basic knowledge of vehicles would be an advantage
