Holdcroft Motor Group in Crewe is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join our team. You will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards, diagnose faults, and communicate with customers as needed.

The role offers a highly competitive salary (£34,000–£40,000 basic) with uncapped commission, ongoing manufacturer training, and career progression within a busy automotive group.

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.

Vehicle Technician | Mechanic

Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 basic + uncapped commission
Working Hours: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team at Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving organisation where your expertise will be valued, developed, and rewarded.
You will play a key role in supporting the technical team by carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to a high standard, in line with manufacturer specifications. Your role

• Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose faults and complete accurate repair work efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and safety
• Liaise confidently with customers regarding technical issues when required
• Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to meet performance targets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines

About You

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Experienced working within a workshop environment
• Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work
• MOT Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
• Hold a valid UK driving licence
• Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets
