We are looking for a Programs and Business Strategy Lead to help drive the expansion of Airbnb’s new Services business. This role will support senior leaders, while also owning projects that shape the future of Services. You’ll provide analytical and strategic horsepower, align cross-functional teams, and help translate insights into action. The right candidate thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and wants to make a visible impact on this new business at Airbnb.
This role requires candidates to be based in the United States, preferably in the Pacific or Mountain time zones. Relocation support is available.
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Ireland Annual Pay Range
€105,000—€131,000 EUR
United Kingdom Annual Pay Range
