Job summary
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership is seeking an experienced programme leader to head a nationally significant transformation that will modernise workforce technology and services for NHS staff across England and Wales. You will lead multiple workstreams, manage governance, risk and benefits realisation, and work with NHS organisations, NHSBSA and suppliers to deliver change and adoption.
This agile role offers an opportunity to shape delivery across organisations, driving change readiness
Qualifications
- Experience leading large, complex transformation programmes.
- Proven ability to drive digital and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience delivering workforce or HR system implementations.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management capabilities.
- Knowledge of governance, assurance and risk management frameworks.
- Expertise in organisational change and benefits realisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple workstreams to ensure delivery stays aligned with strategy, timelines and budgets.
- Support implementation activities across NHS organisations, NHSBSA and suppliers.
- Establish change management approaches to enable effective delivery and adoption.
