Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Future NHS Workforce Solution programme across the Trust.

You will develop and monitor programme plans, manage risks, engage stakeholders across HR, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Payroll and Digital, and ensure delivery of milestones and benefits.

This is a key role in a national transformation, offering the chance to shape workforce processes and deliver lasting change across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Finance.
• Ability to develop and monitor programme plans, risks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Trust's implementation of the Future NHS Workforce Solution programme, ensuring delivery of milestones, benefits and outcomes.
• Develop, maintain and monitor programme plans, risk registers, issue logs and reporting mechanisms.
• Engage with national, regional and local stakeholders to ensure requirements and timelines are understood and delivered.
• Support change management and communications activity to help colleagues adopt new ways of working.
• Monitor programme performance, benefits realisation and resource utilisation.
