Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a significant workforce transformation across two NHS trusts. You will drive delivery of the People Portal programme, align benefits with organisational priorities and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes through strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

Working with NHSBSA, digital teams and senior leaders, you will coordinate multi-stream work, manage dependencies, test readiness and embed the new system

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the People Portal programme across two NHS trusts
• Oversee programme planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, testing, risk and issue management, and benefits realisation
• Manage dependencies between organisations and ensure delivery within agreed timescales and quality standards
• Collaborate with NHSBSA, system users, digital teams and senior leaders to ensure successful implementation and embedding of the solution
