Job summary

North Yorkshire Council is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee strategic transformation initiatives, spanning customer services, transport, and workplace change. You will lead cross-functional teams, define governance, and drive delivery across services.

You will manage senior stakeholders and mentor project managers, ensuring high-quality results while deputising for senior leaders when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in delivering strategic programmes and change initiatives.
• Strong leadership to inspire teams and resolve complex challenges.
• Professional qualifications or equivalent experience in programme/change management.
• Track record of handling multiple stakeholders and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
