Job summary

Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Project Lead to join the NHS PeoplePortal Programme. You will coordinate delivery across Kent & Medway NHS organisations, oversee testing, data migration and stakeholder engagement, and deputise for the Programme Director when needed.

The role demands strong delivery focus and the ability to work across organisational boundaries in a fast-paced NHS environment. Prior NHS experience across multiple organisations is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple NHS organisations.
• Experience with NHS ESR or Oracle Fusion is essential.
• Track record in digital system implementation or transformation.
• Experience with testing and/or data migration in a technology project.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work across organisational boundaries and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, milestones, actions, risks, issues and dependencies across NHS organisations.
• Support system and integration testing, capture results and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support data migration and reconciliation.
• Identify emerging risks and escalate where necessary, sharing learning across the programme.
• Deputise for the Programme Director when required.
