Job summary

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a PMO Lead for Flexible Workforce to drive transformation across the Trust’s programmes and CSUs. You will apply improvement methods and provide expert PMO governance to support project delivery and benefits realisation.

As a senior PMO lead, you will train managers, manage complex portfolios, and deliver analysis to inform decisions. Experience in healthcare and change management is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead PMO provision applying uniform, recognised best practice for programmes delivering benefits to quality, productivity and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of a uniform PMO process aligned with best practice for the Trust.
• Develop and deliver training for key managers across the Trust to enable PMO within CSUs and Directorates.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide PMO guidance to Flexible Workforce, CSUs and Directorates.
• Provide day-to-day programme management for Programmes within the portfolio.
• Plan, govern, deliver and provide assurance on programmes from diagnostic to implementation, benefits realisation and post-implementation review.
• Work with teams to plan delivery of comprehensive analysis to inform decisions on improvement and development.
• Plan and manage programmes through national guidelines and best practice, including key documentation.
• Ensure benefits, risks and issues are tracked and managed.
• Design, plan and deliver bespoke training to fit customer needs and anticipated barriers.
• Manage programme budgets and benefit plans from initiation to delivery.
