Job summary

Trust Primary Care Ltd in Bradford is seeking a Project Manager to support the West Yorkshire Primary Care Workforce and Training Hub. The role reports to the Programme Delivery Manager and Engagement Manager, with responsibilities across project planning, governance, and stakeholder coordination.

The position is a full-time, fixed-term 12 months maternity cover, offering a salary between £27,000 and £30,000 depending on experience, and NHS Pension eligibility though not an Agenda for Change

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple project schemes within healthcare settings.
• Strong document management and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and develop project plans.
• Maintain documents: papers, guides, toolkits.
• Monitor budgets within the allocated envelope.
• Set up and track KPIs and governance.
• Report progress and dependencies across projects.
• Coordinate with TH colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Develop business cases for funding bodies as needed.
• Procure and manage suppliers and quotes.
• Prepare for governance meetings.
