This role combines coaching, mentoring and stakeholder engagement in a secure military environment, with a focus on quality, records, and compliance. A teaching or coaching qualification is preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine coaching, mentoring, stakeholder engagement and programme coordination in a unique operational environment, helping apprentices build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for successful careers while ensuring a high-quality learning experience from start to finish. Full‑time role - 37.5 hours a week
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
