Capita plc, in partnership with HMNB Clyde, is seeking an Apprenticeship Programme Facilitator to support Royal Navy apprentices at Faslane. The role covers coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to ensure successful completion.
The post is full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a term-time basis (44 weeks per year), based at HMNB Clyde Helensburgh, with eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) required.

We're looking for an Apprenticeship Programme Facilitator to support apprentices at HMNB Clyde, Faslane. You'll work closely with learners, training teams and key stakeholders to ensure apprentices receive the support they need to progress successfully through their programmes.
This is a varied role where you'll coordinate programme activities, monitor learner progress, provide guidance and support, and help maintain high-quality apprenticeship delivery. Working across a range of disciplines, you'll play an important role in helping apprentices achieve their qualifications and develop their careers within the Royal Navy. This role is offered on a term time basis working 44 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 4 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata'd and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
