Job summary

Capita plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an organised Administrator to support the Royal Navy apprenticeship programme at HMS Raleigh. The role is full-time (37.5 hours weekly), term-time only (44 weeks a year), with a focus on coordinating information, learners and training teams to ensure the right support is delivered at the right time.

Job description

Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster - We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrator to support neurodiversity and learning support services within the Team Fisher/Royal Navy apprenticeship programme. In this role, you'll ensure learners receive the right support at the right time by coordinating information, managing documentation, tracking progress and helping training teams work seamlessly together. Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week on a term time only basis (44 weeks a year)

This role is offered on a term time basis working 44 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 4 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata'd and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
