Arrive is seeking a Head of Programmes to lead the project and programme management team and establish a Centre of Excellence within the Transport Business Unit. You will embed an agile, customer-centric delivery culture, align with senior leaders, and drive top-tier delivery across a global portfolio.

• Experience driving strategic initiatives beyond standard project delivery.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Build, coach, and scale a Project Centre of Excellence with standardized delivery methods, governance, and KPIs.
• Drive a customer-first delivery culture across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the VP and GM to align delivery roadmap with growth objectives.
• Lead executive-sponsored strategic projects to drive capability and growth across the Transport BU.
• Lead and mentor project managers and programme managers with clear career paths and performance frameworks.
• Foster high team engagement from bid support through handover to clients.
