Arrive is seeking a Senior Project Manager in London to own program delivery, bridging strategy and execution. You will establish project standards, enforce change control, protect commercial baselines, and exceed customer expectations.

The role emphasizes comprehensive planning, master scheduling, risk management, and governance across complex transport and mobility programs, with strong collaboration with commercial teams and external partners.

Formación

• Experience leading complex, high-stakes projects in Transport, Mobility, or Software markets.
• Deep fluency in formal project methodologies and Phase-Gate governance.
• Strong proficiency in P&L tracking, contract management, cost forecasting, and baseline change control.
• Proven ability to manage customer-facing deliverables with reputational and commercial risk.
• Exceptional English communication, written and spoken, with ability to present to C-suite leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive Project Planning: baseline and defend full PMPs detailing rationale, resources, procurement, and risk.
• Schedule & Workstream Management: own the master schedule, track critical paths, and control performance across time, cost, quality.
• Change Control & Scope Integrity: manage change requests, evaluate impacts, maintain the Change Register, protect baselines.
• Phase Gate Governance: enforce Arrive's standard phase-gate processes across the lifecycle.
• Risk, Resource & Stakeholder Management: RAID management and resource allocation; build stakeholder alignment across senior executives and partners.
