Job summary

Reply, based in the United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced programme and delivery manager to shape and mobilise technology-enabled change for clients. You will run projects and programmes across planning, execution and benefits, leading cross‑functional teams and governance forums.

You will build trusted client relationships, tailor Agile or hybrid methods, and advise senior sponsors on delivery quality and commercial outcomes. A strong track record in consulting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, technology, or business/management field.
• 5+ years’ experience in client-facing consulting or professional services.
• Extensive delivery management and PPM experience (governance, planning, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, change, benefits).
• Holds a recognised PPM qualification (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP or MoP).
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects from mobilisation through implementation.
• Strong problem-structuring skills to turn ambiguity into practical recommendations and concise materials.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and communicating difficult messages clearly.
• Solid understanding of predictive, Agile and hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape and mobilise projects, programmes and workstreams with defined outcomes and measures of success.
• Establish and manage robust PPM controls, integrated plans, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, change and benefits.
• Lead multidisciplinary client, supplier and internal teams, removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Provide clear, decision-ready reporting, options and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and support prioritisation and trade-offs.
• Tailor predictive, Agile and hybrid methods to client context and engagement needs.
• Identify delivery challenges, diagnose root causes and intervene to maintain performance.
• Manage delivery quality and commercials while contributing to proposals and improvements.
