Job summary

Click Recruitment is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead a professional services delivery function in a dynamic environment. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across a portfolio of projects, with accountability for profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will manage senior consultants, guide resourcing, and collaborate with Sales to shape proposals and transition opportunities to delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience leading IT project delivery.
• Experience leading delivery in consulting or professional services.
• Pre-sales experience in testing/QA or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies and risk management.
• P&L ownership or profitability targets experience.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery function across a portfolio of projects, ensuring profitable delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project resourcing, revenue and margin performance, and delivery governance.
• Drive delivery methodologies, systems, and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support project estimation, customer engagement, and transition of opportunities into delivery.
• Own delivery standards, ISO processes, project documentation, and PSA/project management tools.
• Engage directly with clients on strategic issues; balance hands‑on delivery with leadership.
