Job summary

Servaada is seeking an experienced Project Management leader to develop and enhance Project Management capability across the business. You will lead the Project Management Centre of Excellence, supporting successful delivery of transformation, regulatory, migration and business change initiatives.

The role focuses on creating standards, coaching PMs, and driving consistent delivery while advancing governance, tools and best practices across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive project or programme management experience within financial services.
• Ability to create and embed project management frameworks.
• Experience with waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Coaching, mentoring and leadership capability.
• Understanding governance, financial management, risk management and benefits delivery.
• Experience in outsourcing, consulting or professional services.
• Experience building project management communities or capability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Management Centre of Excellence.
• Create and maintain project delivery standards, frameworks and templates.
• Support Project and Programme Managers through coaching and guidance.
• Lead the Project Management community and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Improve project governance, planning, reporting and delivery consistency.
• Support project management tools and best practice adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
