Job summary

Right To Succeed is seeking a Programme Administrator on a fixed-term contract to 30 September 2027. Based in Liverpool with some flexibility to work from home, you will support the Programme Manager and Director, coordinating plans, admin tasks, and reporting for multiple local programmes.

Role is 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri) with travel within the Liverpool region, especially Halton and Knowsley, and occasional travel to other areas as required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting programme discovery and delivery.
• Strong administrative and diary management skills.
• Ability to coordinate reports, invoices, and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain programme delivery plans, ensuring alignment with priorities and objectives.
• Coordinate day-to-day programme administration, process purchase orders, payments and invoices.
• Compile and quality assure internal and external reports.
