Job summary

Spotify is seeking an outstanding Automation Lead (Programmatic) to drive revenue growth in the UK. You will leverage programmatic, data offerings and partnerships with DSPs, agencies and trading desks to expand in audio, video, and display formats.

The role requires a proven track record in programmatic sales, a strong network, and the ability to forecast and close deals in a fast-moving environment. London-based with flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in a programmatic and/or digital media sales role.
• Established personal network across agencies, agency trading desks and DSPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as programmatic expert to drive revenue via programmatic channels.
• Grow revenues by maintaining relationships with DSPs, agencies and trading desks.
• Sell programmatic across audio, video and display with mobile app knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on market strategy and planning.
• Upskill the wider sales team through internal education and co-selling.
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals.
• Represent Spotify at events and manage activity in Salesforce with forecasting.
