Job summary

Ultimate Asset is seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to establish and grow our UK presence in the agency and advertiser market. This London-based, hybrid role is hands-on with a focus on opening doors, building pipeline and directly generating revenue.

You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, shaping UK strategy with senior leadership and cultivating relationships with independent agencies, programmatic teams and direct brands.

Qualifications

• hunter mentality with revenue personally originated
• Strong relationships across UK media agencies and advertisers
• Experience selling AdTech, programmatic, digital media or innovative ad solutions
• Ownership of full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Ability to sell consultatively to senior agency and brand stakeholders
• Comfort in entrepreneurial environment with opportunity creation
• Excellent London market knowledge and client-facing presence
