Taboola, a leading performance-driven advertising company, is seeking an Advertising Sales Manager for the UK team to build and manage strategic partnerships with Tier I brands. You will drive a large pipeline, acquire new clients, and expand revenue across assigned accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in senior sales, strong deal-making, and deep knowledge of programmatic advertising. A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior sales role, preferably UK-focused.
• Proven ability to structure and negotiate deals.
• Experience in digital media and programmatic advertising.
• Ability to build and close a large pipeline of leads.
• Strong technical aptitude to support deal implementation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Identify client needs and map Taboola products to stakeholders.
• Explain product benefits within digital technology and revenue context.
• Collaborate with Advertising Sales Director to meet revenue goals.
• Coach and mentor sales team members.
• Coordinate with Account Management to manage expectations and campaigns.
• Provide client feedback to product team for development.
