Program Manager – Senior (6‑Month Fixed Term)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support the implementation of our transformation roadmap. This role goes beyond traditional project management – it requires driving cultural change, influencing at board level, and ensuring successful delivery of a complex program that underpins Isio’s ambition to grow and do better.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Governance – develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations; establish governance frameworks and reporting structures.
  • Execution & Delivery – drive end‑to‑end delivery of transformation projects, monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies; prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and board‑level updates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influence decisions, gain buy‑in; facilitate workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Change Leadership – embed cultural and operational improvements through structured change management.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in large‑scale business transformation and change management.
  • Strong project‑management skills with experience creating timelines, action plans, and reporting frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at board level.
  • Experience in regulated environments and implementing governance structures.
  • Understanding of the pensions industry preferred or previous experience within financial services.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies and functions.
