Job summary

Marshalls plc in Beenham, England, seeks a Production Team Manager to lead a team of Production Operatives, ensure safe operation of plant and equipment, and hit quality, waste and OEE targets. You will manage people, drive continuous improvement (DMAIC), maintain process controls and non-conformance handling, and report records per company standards.

The role is 40 hours per week on a two‑week rotating shift, with a salary up to £45,000 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent people management skills including absence management and employee relations.
• Ability to develop and performance-manage teams.
• Strong IT skills with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Knowledge of OEE and lean manufacturing techniques (DMAIC) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Operatives and manage daily operations.
• Ensure safe operation of plant and equipment and adherence to safety standards.
• Achieve quality, waste and OEE targets for your area.
• Maintain process controls and manage non-conformance escalation and containment.
