Qualificações

• Three years of experience leading teams in a large automated manufacturing environment.
• IOSH Managing or NEBOSH certification desirable.
• Experience with lean techniques (DMAIC) desirable.
• Ability to use data and OEE to drive decisions.
• Collaborative leadership with strong communication across levels.
