Marshalls PLC in Ranskill (Retford) invites applications for an Operations Team Member. The role runs a two-shift pattern (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday) with a salary of £30,015 per annum plus benefits.

You will work as part of a close-knit production team on brick and stone walling products, contributing to safe, efficient manufacturing. You will operate on the line, assist with processes, maintain high quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in a manufacturing setting on a production line.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• FLT counter balance license is advantageous but not required.
• Proactive mindset toward process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machinery on production line to meet quality and output targets.
• Support production processes and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with safety, housekeeping and efficient workflow on site.
