Job summary

Caterpillar's Building Construction Products division seeks a Production Team Leader in Desford, Leicestershire. You will lead an assembly operations team, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of quality products to meet customer deadlines and continuously improve processes using lean methods.

• Deploy training programs to upskill teams using lean methodologies.
• Lead an inclusive, engaging safety culture.
• Proactively plan and cover team members' absences daily.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements within the assembly processes.
