• Lead the team to meet daily production goals on safety, quality, velocity and cost targets.
• Coach, guide and mentor team performance and development.
• Deploy lean training to upskill teams using lean methodologies.
• Lead an inclusive, engaging safety culture.
• Resolve issues using Continuous Improvement to improve quality and safety.
• Audit and drive defect investigations to ensure high quality outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in assembly processes.
• Plan and cover absences daily and work multi-shift patterns.
