Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a Production Operative for a Perth-based site. This full-time role offers rotating early (6:00–2:30) and back (1:30–10:00) shifts, with a base pay of £13.20 per hour plus a 20% shift allowance, totalling £15.84 per hour.

40 hours per week and immediate starts available. You’ll work safely on production machinery, follow procedures, and contribute to meeting daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Following operating procedures and work instructions.
• Monitoring products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Carrying out quality checks and identifying defects or inconsistencies.
• Completing basic machine adjustments where required.
• Reporting machine faults or breakdowns promptly.
• Working towards daily production schedules and targets.
• Collecting and preparing materials required for production.
• Packaging finished products to the required standards.
• Accurately completing production documentation and records.
• Supporting stock and inventory activities when required.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised workspace.
• Following all health and safety procedures and wearing the required PPE.
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets.
• Supporting other production activities when required.

Rotating Shift Pattern

Early Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm

Back Shift: 1:30pm to 10:00pm

You must be able to work both shifts on a rotating basis.
