Randstad Construction and Property is partnering with a large global manufacturer to recruit a Production Operative for a 6-month, full-time night shift position on-site in Perth, Scotland. The shift runs Monday to Thursday, 20:30–07:00 with three breaks; PPE is provided and overtime is available.
The role focuses on safety, quality, and team collaboration as you train colleagues, operate and troubleshoot production lines, and lead shift handovers while taking accountability for daily results.

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client. This is a full time position, operating on a night shift pattern for a duration of 6 months.
The shift pattern runs from Monday to Thursday, 20:30 - 07:00 am.
Shift workers receive three breaks: two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break.
The position is based entirely onsite in Perth, Scotland.
The hourly pay rate is £13.46 (£18.17 with shift allowance)
Overtime opportunities are available.
Pre and post shift activities, such as gowning up or down, are required.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and will be provided by the large global manufacturer.
