We are recruiting Production Operators to join a successful manufacturing business based in Greenham Business Park. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced production environment, with full training provided.

The Role

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling, quality checks, and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Production performance is monitored through live screens, helping operators track their progress and achieve targets.

• Hearing protection may be required in certain areas of the site.
