Adecco is recruiting Manufacturing Operators to join a busy Perth site on a night shift basis. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and follow safety procedures to keep production running smoothly.

The role offers an ongoing temporary contract with permanent opportunities for the right candidate. The position features a four‑day week (Mon-Thu, 8:30pm–6:00am), full training provided, PPE supplied, and immediate starts available, with a supportive team and good work‑life balance

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, following health and safety procedures and helping to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude. Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. In return, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of £18.17, a consistent Monday to Thursday night shift (8:30pm to 6:00am), a four-day working week and the chance to develop your skills within a well-established manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing
